La Maison du Sauzay is a renovated former cowshed, adjoining the owners' house, situated in a quiet little village 3 km from the medieval town of Clisson, 2.4 km from the famous Hellfest site, 28 km from Nantes and 21 km from Ancenis. Enclosed courtyard of 20 m² (east-facing). Parking in front of the gîte. Ground floor: large lounge/living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with a 140x190 bed, 2 with twin 80x200 beds and a separate study area), bathroom and separate WC.
