Private parking in front of the gîte. Enclosed outdoor space with 3 terraces, including 1 with a Nordic bath, facing south. Ground floor: lounge/living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 2 twin 80x200 beds), shower room and separate WC. Facilities included: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, electric car terminal, complete baby equipment, children's beach games. Included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen, towels and wood. Not included: compulsory cleaning charge (€60) and tourist tax. 1 pet allowed (€7/day - €100 deposit).
