O'Pool Nort is an old farmhouse renovated as a gîte in 2021, located in the small town of Nort sur Erdre (shops and restaurants on foot), 200 m from the banks of the Erdre (water sports), 30 km from Nantes and Ancenis (owners' house nearby). It has all modern comforts while retaining the authenticity of the building. Parking on the property. Other 3-person gîte on site. Indoor heated swimming pool (9x4m), open all year round. Wooden terrace (east-facing) opening onto a 600 m² enclosed garden with swing and table tennis (shared with the other gîte). Enclosure with animals (sheep, hens, geese) in the property. Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto lounge/living room (wood-burning stove and table football), utility room and separate WC. First floor: 4 bedrooms each with private shower room/wc (1 and 2: 160x200 bed, 3: 160x200 bed + 4 90x200 bunk beds, 4: 160x200 bed + 80x200 pull-out sofa). Additional equipment: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, video screen on request, baby cot/bath/changing table. Included: electric heating, electricity.
