It comprises a fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge/living room (BZ 140x190), a separate bedroom area (bed 160x200) and a shower room/wc. Facilities included: fibre-optic internet, chair/baby cot on request. Included: electricity, gas heating. Not included: towels (7€/pers/stay) and sheets (15€/bed) to be requested directly from the owner when making contact, tourist tax. Short stays on request. No smoking. Small pets accepted. End of stay cleaning: 50€. If this option is not requested from the owner, the flat must be returned in an impeccably clean condition. If this is not the case, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit.
