Le Nautilus is a small semi-detached town house in a quiet location, 5 minutes' walk from local shops and restaurants and the tram (direct line to the SNCF train station, 20 minutes), 15 minutes' walk from the centre of Nantes and the machines on the island, and 400 metres from a Bicloo bike hire station. Charming enclosed garden of approx. 100 m² with swing, accessed by a few steps. Private garage with automatic door. Ground floor: large fitted kitchen, separate WC and laundry area. First floor (slightly steep staircase): living room with TV, small study, 140x190 sofa bed and 1 bedroom (140x190 bed) with en suite shower room. Additional facilities: wifi, complete baby equipment. Included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen and towels. Not included: tourist tax and compulsory cleaning charge (€35). This gîte is primarily reserved for tourists, for 3 people, including a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child (possibility of 1 additional child on request). Pets are not allowed and the gîte is non-smoking (ashtrays are available outside).
