First floor: 1 attic bedroom (2 90x190 beds). Facilities included: telephone and Wi-Fi (with Live Box), baby equipment (cot, booster seat) on request, fan, cleaning kit (kitchen roll, toilet paper, tea towels, washing-up liquid, sponges, etc.). Included: electricity. Not included: oil heating charge (€8/day from 1 October to 30 April), bed linen (€7/bed) and towels (€5/person) available as an option. End-of-stay cleaning (€50 flat rate for holidaymakers – €100 flat rate compulsory for business guests). A maximum of 1 pet permitted free of charge (€100 deposit).
