Completely enclosed wooden terraces of 100 m² on lawn (South + East), and enclosed communal area of 200 m². Ground floor (wheelchair access): spacious lounge/living room with 140x190 sofa bed (wood-burning stove) and open-plan fitted kitchen, shower room/wc. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1: bed 140x190, 2: 3 beds 80x200, 2 of which can be twinned), mezzanine with TV (extra bed 110x190), bathroom/wc. Facilities included: wifi/ethernet, foreign channels, DVD, baby equipment, games and books for adults and children. Included: gas underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, household linen. Not included: bathroom linen (6€/p), densified log (1€/log), tourist tax and €50 cleaning charge. For business stays of more than a fortnight (negotiable rates): compulsory €90 cleaning + €90 bed linen package, max 4 employees, to be renewed every month. Baby facilities (€10).
