The ‘Imprévu’ holiday cottage is situated 700 metres from the beach, 500 metres from the shops in Sainte-Marguerite and 2 km from the centre of Pornichet. Beach shuttle service in summer (free of charge). The gîte is adjoining the owners’ home but is completely self-contained (separate access, house and garden). Private parking on the property (in front of the house or in the locked garage). Private, enclosed and shaded garden of 300 m², facing south-west. Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto the living/dining room (wood-burning stove), separate toilet. First floor: 4 bedrooms with flexible bedding arrangements (1: 140x190 bed and en-suite bathroom; 2 and 3: 2 80x190 beds that can be joined together; 4: 2 80x190 beds that can be joined together and 1 60x120 cot), shower room and separate toilet. Facilities included: Wi-Fi, DVD and CD players, cot and high chair, cleaning kit (kitchen roll, toilet paper, tea towels, washing-up liquid, sponges, etc.). Included: end-of-stay cleaning. Not included: electric heating, electric car charging (reinforced socket 3kWh – 20 cts/kWh), firewood (at cost price), bed linen, towels and tourist tax. Non-smoking property.
