The Prés des Rochas gîte is located in a green setting, 800 m from beaches and shops, 7 km from Guérande and 15 km from La Baule. Enclosed wooded grounds of 1000 m² with terrace and bicycle shed. Ground floor: lounge/living room with open-plan fitted kitchen (combined oven), 2 bedrooms (1: 1 x 160x200 bed with outside access and private terrace, 2: 2 x 90x190 beds), shower room, separate WC (access via shower room). Linen room in outside room. Equipment included: freezer compartment, DVD player, baby equipment (bed, booster seat, bath). Not included: electric heating, electricity, bed linen, towels/household linen (to be paid locally) and tourist tax. Pets: €100 deposit.
