La Bruyère is a large, new, contemporary, all-wood house nestling in the heart of 2,000 m² of unenclosed wooded parkland in the countryside between Nantes and Pornic. It features a large wooden terrace with garden furniture, a boules pitch, children's games (shuffleboard, trapdoors, etc.) and a table tennis table.
The gîte has an enclosed garage with a large additional fridge. It is a detached, single-storey house (PRM-accessible): large living area (77 m²) with large south-facing windows, including lounge/living room and open-plan fitted kitchen, pantry (additional hob), 4 bedrooms, each with 2 or 3 twin beds (90x200) (2 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, 2 bedrooms with en-suite toilets), 1 separate shower and 3 separate WCs.
Optional (see owners): possibility of renting 1 additional bedroom in their house, independent and accessible from outside (2 twin beds 90x200, with private shower room and toilet).
Additional facilities: wifi, radio/cd, baby equipment, tumble dryer and electric charging point available.
