Secure parking with electric gate. Above-ground swimming pool shared with owners (open from 15 May to 30 August). Ground floor: living room with open-plan, workshop-style fitted kitchen (induction hob). First floor: 2 bedrooms each with en-suite shower room/wc (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 3 90x190 beds). Washing machine and tumble dryer in outside room. Facilities included: wifi, pinball machine, DVD player, radio/CD, baby equipment. Not included: electric heating, electricity, bed linen (€48 for the double bed and €23 for each single bed), towels (€28 per person), compulsory cleaning fee (€85) and tourist tax.
