Tara is a renovated holiday cottage with large south-facing windows opening onto a wooden terrace and an 800 m² garden with trees. Private parking for 2 cars. Garage for storing bicycles. Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x200 cm bed), bathroom/WC, separate WC and garage/laundry room. First floor: 2 large attic bedrooms (each with two 90x200 cm beds). Facilities included: Wi-Fi, cot/high chair/stair gate + children’s toys, cleaning kit (kitchen roll, toilet paper, tea towels, washing-up liquid, sponges, etc.). Not included: electric heating, electricity (over 10 kWh/day, €0.30 per kWh) and tourist tax. To be arranged with the owner, optional extras: bed linen (€12 per person), towels (€5 per person), full linen set (€15 per person), end-of-stay cleaning €80. Food lovers will be in their element: just 5 minutes away you’ll find the famous two-Michelin-starred restaurant “Anne de Bretagne”, or 10 minutes away “Le Restaurant Panoramique de la Prée” and “Le Petit Mousse”. A 10-minute walk from the gîte, you can buy oysters and mussels at the shellfish farm in the Marais de La Plaine-sur-Mer. There are also plenty of activities nearby: sailing, sea kayaking, boating, shellfish gathering, walking or cycling tours, horse riding, fishing equipment hire... Bicycle hire is available a 10-minute walk from the gîte, and there is an equestrian centre a 15-minute walk away. The hiking trail starts right outside the gîte, with coastal paths just 400 metres away. A cycle path begins just a few metres from the gîte – a real bonus for holidaymakers bringing their own bikes! Joalland beach on Boulevard de la Tara is 400 m away, and Préfailles’ Grande Plage is 2 km away. Pornic, with its harbour and beaches, is 8 km away.
