Private garden with terrace and shared garden of 300 m². 2 adult bikes and 2 mountain bikes (shared by the 2 gîtes) available. Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, separate WC. First floor: mezzanine lounge with pellet stove, 3 bedrooms (1: 2 beds 90x190, 2: 1 bed 160x200, 3: 2 beds 90x190), shower room, separate WC. Facilities included: freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, complete baby equipment, hi-fi system, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, WiFi access. Included: bed linen (beds made on arrival) and towels. Not included: electric heating, electricity, pellets, compulsory cleaning charge (€90) and tourist tax. Pets: €100 deposit. Electric scooters available for hire (see owner for conditions).
